House of Crocodile Farm is among the pioneering crocodile farms in Cambodia established in 1983 by Mr. Thai Chay in Slor Kram Village, Siem Reap Province, is a notable crocodile breeding operation in Cambodia. Specializing in the breeding of the critically endangered Siamese crocodile (Crocodylus siamensis), the farm began its operations with young specimens acquired from the Siem Reap Crocodile Farm. In recognition of its commitment to sustainable and legal trade practices, the farm received registration under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) on May 29, 1999.

This registration plays a crucial role in promoting sustainable crocodile farming practices and contributes to the conservation of the Siamese crocodile species.

Mr. Chhay started with a small number of crocodiles and gradually expanded his farm, emphasizing sustainable practices and the importance of animal welfare. Currently, Mr. Minh Chanthy who is the grandson of Master Chay has been resuming and running this farmhouse with his family after his grandfather passed away for ages.
